I liked going to Jade's beautiful hometown salon. I knew someone who had gotten her hair colored here and the results were beautiful. Jade has the most modern equipment and her salon is spotless. It's very comfortable and inviting. Jade is very conversational and friendly. She's very responsive too. I drive around 55 miles to my regular salon but due to the long spacing in between services and missing an appointment due to snow, it would have been 5 months since my last service. Jade does a good job of managing multiple customers at the same time. When I arrived I noticed another lady getting foils so I thought I wouldn't be seen for quite some time. Jade ushered me back to the second chair and we talked about what I was looking for. I would definitely go back to Jade. I did go back for a Re-cut because my hair wasn't cut short enough and Jade assisted me. That was kind of my own fault. I was so excited about the colors she did for me I wasn't paying attention to the cut. The other customer I knew talked about how inexpensive the salon is. I didn't find that to be the case. I paid as much as I normally do. I paid 125$ + 25$ tip for highlights and color (for long hair) haircut, and blow dry. I highly recommend JEM to anyone in need of hair services.

I've been going to Jade for years and I'm always happy with her work. I feel very safe in her salon with the safety precautions currently in place and her awareness of best practices. She has great recommendations for my hair when I need them but does great when I bring in a picture and want it copied. I highly recommend her!
