I had a great first experience with this shop. The ladies who did my hair were cool. These ladies were kind and engaged in conversation with me. I got small box braids and it didn’t take too long at all. My hair looks great I got multiple compliments before I even made it home!! So I have been to this shop maybe 4 or five times. The first time I booked with her it was great. I loved my hair and the service was great. The second time I went I got Fulani braids by another stylist. My braids began to lift a week after I got them. When I reached out to the owner she was being very nasty saying she is on vacation and there’s nothing she can do. The third time I went there she double booked me! Granted I live an hour away. She was able to squeeze me in. All was forgiven. Now I just went recently this July. She double booked me again! And she was laughing about it. Oh my goodness. They were so friendly and accommodating. I have had my hair braided a lot. They did not pull my hair or hurt me one time. Very professional. I found my new spot. I've been looking for a long time. I love my hair.
