“I am not very good at making ahead appointments for haircuts and I called this morning and they were able to schedule us within the hour for my toddler son. We saw David who was absolutely wonderful with my son. He was incredibly patient and empathic that my child was scared of getting his hair cut. He showed him how soft the scissors and razors were first before using them on his head. He gave him a comb to hold and a holder for my phone to play videos. He reminded me while my son was getting emotional that it's part of the human experience and it really was something I needed to hear. I look forward to my son having a regular barber!
