They were very accommodating in fitting into our schedule and did an excellent job with the installation. Jake takes pride in his work and it is apparent in the finished product. We could not have been more pleased with our flooring purchase and install experience. Jake and Jennifer were fantastic to deal with, and flexible in meeting up and reviewing the work we were planning. They guided us to the best product and helped us fully understand the installation process. Their installation work is amazing - fit and finish is beautiful and I have no concerns about the longevity of the install or the durability of the floor product itself. Jake, Jennifer and their team were awesome to work with. They installed new LVP in our kitchen in 2019. Over the summer of 2023 we had a leak that went under the flooring. They came over and immediately took up the flooring to allow things to dry and not fester mold. They were extremely patient as we worked through insurance issues and came back out to reinstall the kitchen flooring and replace carpet in an adjacent room which had been damaged by water and replace it with LVP. We could not have been more pleased with the team and the results. Highly recommended! Thank you!!
