Went to this salon at the start of the year. Where do I start? Workers tend to sit on their phones during business hours even with customers. For a little hair salon I would hope the service would have been better and there would have been more hospitality. Have more of a friendly attitude about yourself and make your customers feel welcome. Aim to make your customer happy. I'm sorry to say.
