I had a leak from my furnace; called Hager (who installed it and have done work for me for over 30 years) and someone was here in less than an hour and a half. Garry Snyder has been my long-term support person from Hager; he is tremendously experienced and knowledgable, diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently and is friendly and pleasant.
Over the last 3 days 2 new furnaces and 2 new air conditioning units were installed in my home. Over these 3 days I met Josh, Ryan, Hakeem, Dom and Tyler. These 5 men worked tirelessly installing the new systems. All of them demonstrated incredible professionalism, respect for me and my property. They were polite, courteous and just genuinely nice men. They answered my many questions and were very easy to have around. I need also to thank Heather who works in the office. She filed all of the registration documents for the equipment as well as doing the paperwork to secure the rebates that I may be entitled to receive.
