“I am new to the area and did not realize many places don't accept walk-ins for men's cuts. I called Midas Touch and owner Michelle was able to squeeze me in later that day with Jess. She did a very good job with my cut and I appreciated them fitting me in. I really wanted to say a bit more about my experience at the Salon. Jess, Michelle, and the other employees were very sweet, engaging and pleasant. It is a very friendly atmosphere and even the clients (Patty, Alice and Rose) shared stories and local points of interest, which tells me how comfortable everyone here felt. “I've spent my whole mother hood trying to find the right barber for my autistic son and my other son. I called at 9am and spoke to the owners wife (language barrier no problem tho). Was welcomed immediately for a 10 am appointment. When I say they did an amazing job with my kids haircuts they did. The barber who worked on my autistic son interacted with him so much teaching him more Spanish (he loves languages) that my son actually listened to him. He was patient with my son laughed and seemed so caring. They had great attention to detail and wanted perfection. Cutting kids hair who won't stop moving isn't easy and he managed in 15 minutes to do a fade, scissor cut. And shape up ! Like wow !. They are going to look great for picture day and they definitely have us as new customers. And my husband will be going to them too. Worth the 30 minute drive 100% thank you guys. And his wife is a sweet heart. “

“Let me first start by saying I have never committed to one hair salon. I have now been going to Meraki for a few years now. I first saw Brennan and she took my extremely thick but dry and home dyed hair and turned it around. Since then, I found Bailey. She is an absolute gem. I booked with Bailey because Brennan was all booked up when I needed to get my hair done and there were no hard feelings. Bailey has treated me amazingly and has always done everything I’ve asked and more. Just today, Bailey squeezed me in because I have my engagement photos and didn’t want my roots showing. She was more than happy to and so excited to be a part of the journey. Meraki is the only Salon I have ever been to where I can walk into and feel completely relax and feel like I can be myself. I don’t feel pressured to get what the stylist wants or feel like I’m being overcharged. I have only ever walked out of the salon with something less than expected once and it was my fault. They gave me the color that I specifically asked for and I ended up not liking it. When I expressed it the next day, both Bailey and Brennan worked together to get my hair better than ever with a different formula. I rave to everyone about this salon and I consistently get compliments on my hair.
I’m getting married next year and I am so happy to say that Meraki will be doing mine and my girls hair and make up. I have nothing but the utmost respect for all of the women at this salon. And I have full confidence in their abilities.

I’m scrolling and reading all of these reviews, seeing the negativity because of one minor inconvenience or “bad” experience. These ladies (and mostly any stylist) are just as invested in your journey and hair as you are. I know Bailey (my stylist) is super invested in not just my hair but my life. She remembers small details that I would never expect her to. So to hold a minor inconvenience or mistake is absolutely ridiculous to me.“
