They were the one service available in the area immediately due to 4th of July holiday scheduling in the area. My brother's house was much more comfortable to be in once Mr. Perfecto's crew finished the job. “????? He’s like THE FULL METAL JACKET for the YELLOW JACKETS! ?? Now listen — if you ever find yourself in a panic over bees or yellow jackets, you need to call Devin, the owner of A Number One Pest Control. These were YELLOW JACKETS that found a tiny 2–3" hole way up at the top of the caulking around my third-floor bay window — not an easy spot to reach! I’d already had my handy helper try twice with the usual store sprays, crawling up there at night like a trooper, but they just kept coming back. Then this week as it snapped cold he gave it a shot and we figured we got ’em, but when I ventured up to that level, I was freaked out because I had about 20 yellow jackets all trying to get out at that big bay window just swarming! ? That’s when I knew it was time to bring in the pro. So I called the franchises and got typical voicemail and left messages. And then I see the listing for this company A#1 Pest Control, so I figure what do I have to lose and OMG — A REAL PERSON ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! It’s Devin — he answers the phone himself at 7:30 at night, calm and reassuring, and after a bit through our conversation he says, “Ma’am, I don’t take out walls or floors.” And with that, he was at my house within 45 minutes. He found the entry point, shot his powder down between the walls, and just like that — NO JACKETS. He got ’em, and he got ’em GOOD. So if you’ve got bees, or pests, that won’t quit — My Lord, I just looked at his website and it’s VERY IMPRESSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL — call A Number One Pest Control and ask for Devin. Professional.
