I used Kevin J Young construction twice. My garage renovation was awesome. No complaints. Very happy with the service and the project. Unfortunately when we hired them to address a giant hole in our dining room ceiling, the experience wasn’t so great. During our garage renovation, we also had a power attic fan installed on our roof. A couple weeks later it was raining from our dining room light fixture. The drain pipe to our drain pan wasn’t properly glued together from another company (speed air hvac - stay far away from them) and unfortunately caused thousands of dollars in damage.. the last people in my attic were the individuals who installed our fan.. Kevin and his skilled team are top notch craftspeople who take pride in their work. Friendly and diligent. Excellent and timely communication kept us continuously in the loop during our renovation. I would estimate that each dollar spent has added three to the value of our home.Services: Remodeling
