Health Center at Bartonsville

My niece goes here every now and then. Very clean and nice office. Most of the staff is friendly, but not all. It’s sad when one person can ruin it all for a patient. Specifically, the middle aged check-in receptionist at Internal Med. Great lady I’m sure, except that she needs to learn to not prejudge. She’s there to help, not investigate. We should not feel like we are being questioned on our right to be in this country when we were born here! Furthermore, the nurses at the nursing station need to have more patience. Some of them are great but some can be pretty rude. LVHN-take heed and perhaps do a refresher training on customer service.

Professional with great serviceWith them it’s a very easy to schedule your appointment for cat scan- MRI -blood work and more, every one very friendly and very helpful. Very Professional. Inside and out side very clean. Inside very modern large waiting area - free WiFi so you can use your phone if you don’t have a signal inside the building. Also the service is fast.
