“The dentist was great, but the hygienist was not, she said she was only there a couple of months and was looking for another place to work. She had just missed a couple of days from being sick and she didn’t sound good hopefully I do not get sick, she had my gums bleeding and water all over my face and x-rays didn’t go well“

“I just moved to Lancaster and Lancaster Smiles were super welcoming . I wanted to get my teeth cleaned on a certain day and they told me they did not have availability but will call me if anything changed . Lisa kept her word and called me immediately when there was an opening. So thankful ! The location is welcoming atmosphere and clean . They offer coffee and water while you wait . Even have dairy free creamer which I thought was nice . Danaca did my cleaning . She is super friendly and funny . She made my cleaning a 5 star experience. Will definitely recommend to friends and family ?“

“I went to Dr. Carano and then Dr. Green for years. When Angstat took over I was never notified. I had to reschedule my last cleaning due to inclement weather, they had nothing in the evenings for 6 months. I get a message months later that they need to reschedule the cleaning and that they don't have hours past 6pm. It entirely unreasonable to cut your hours so people have to take vacation time to get a cleaning. The receptionist was an immature person incapable of explanation as a reasonable adult. If you're going to reduce your hours, the very least you could do is plan ahead and honor the appointments you have and not inconvenience patients. It's clear this practice does not care for its patients. And a good family practice lost in Lancaster.“

She is so passionate and understanding with the elderly lady that I took there for a consultation appointment for dentures. All our questions were answered and various options explained. The office staff and dental techs were very respectful and considerate to our needs.
