I'm so excited that I finally got the tattoos I've been wanting! Three tats! I had a great experience at Wizard's World. Cesar, my tattoo artist, was soft spoken, kind, and gentle. I was nervous and he was very patient and understanding. He made sure I was pleased with the size and position of each tattoo before he began. He also matched the colors to my preference. He gave me time in-between to stretch and get drinks to stay hydrated. He had a wonderful play list of songs that were to my liking and were relaxing to listen to. We laughed and sang songs which helped distract from any discomfort. I am happy with the results of each tattoo. Cesar is very talented and precise. I highly recommend Wizard's World.
Steve did an incredible job doing an accent wall in our bedroom. I only spent a short amount of time talking to him, but he was clearly a very genuine and kind person who is passionate about his craft. Thanks so much, Steve!!!!
If there were 10 stars, I would give it to Larry and Tina owners of These Hands, LLC. They did a phenomenal job renovating one of my bathrooms that was stuck in 1988. They are an asset to homeowners. They've increased my equity and improved my home!

1. Cost-effectiveness: They are respectful of your renovation budget. They are conscientious and astute when it comes to quality and cost. They will suggest quality, cost-effective materials when and if available. They are down-to-earth people and they work with realistic budgets. budget.

Please Note: *Customers, especially those of us who think we have carpentry, construction, plumbing, and renovation degrees because we watch HGTV or took one semester of Shop in Jr. or High school 30 + years ago...need to understand that once you start taking up floors and/walls additional things may need repair or replacement. Larry and Tina will be transparent with what needs to be fixed, and the associated costs. They will also educate you on why it is important. They will NOT blindside you with hidden costs, they DO NOT hit you with excessive costs or fees, and they will NOT overcharge you. They will educate you which helps you as the homeowner in the short term and the long run. Your home being "pretty" or "updated" is nice, but it also needs to function properly and be safe BEFORE it is beautified, let them help you!*
2. Time Management: They are punctual and efficient. They work realistic and respectable hours. You can see measurable progress of their work day by day. They come to work and work. Time is money to them just like it is for us as customers.
3. Craftsmanship: Their attention to detail is top-tier. They turned my dated teeny tiny alcove shower into a modern 60-inch walk-in spa-like experience! Their grout-free tile installation work is chef's kiss!
4. Aesthetic: Tina has style!! Although I am the reigning queen of Pinterest, she put together an amazing style board. She understands the color wheel, angels, and lighting, and how it all impacts the outcome of a room. Do not hesitate to share ideas and please do not be close-minded to feedback. Working together enhances the aesthetic.
5. Problem Solvers: Larry has a growth mindset, he treats challenges as opportunities. He works through problem areas to find solutions and resolve them, not band-aid them. They DO NOT take shortcuts, they have integrity and they are of good character (which is hard to find these days).
5. Customer Service: Last, but certainly not least, they provide excellent customer service. They are professional, excellent communicators, knowledgeable, personable, kind, and respectful. They talk "to" you, not "at" you when they explain things. They go above and beyond to help you and no question is too big or too small! They CLEAN UP behind themselves throughout the renovation project.
