“I love Dream Nails! The techs always take great care of me and are super accommodating even when I change my mind! I’d give them 4.5 stars because overall my experience is always great! The only downside is that the last few times I’ve made an appointment, I have had to wait an hour or so to be seen. They seem to sometimes overbook with walk-ins and appointments. They are always so apologetic but make sure you schedule a little extra time when making your appointment. However, if that’s the only downside, I will continue to come back. I love their work!“

“Was greeted right away and selected the deluxe pedicure ($55). I also added gel polish. I was told $70 was the total. I used my $50 gift card and Venmoed the remaining balance. When I checked with the gentleman to confirm the receipt before I could say anything, he said the total was $75. I said, "No, you said $70." It seemed a bit shady considering the other public comments about the pricing not being consistent. He seemed angry that I gave him an $8 tip for a 45-minute service. I've been going here for ten years, and I think I'm going to change locations.“
