Tom's inspection of our new home was extremely thorough, and he caught things we never would have seen. He's responsive, kind, went above and beyond, and explained everything to us. He included photos with his report of the issues so we could share with our builder to get them fixed. We highly recommend him.
Tom was great! He was thorough and found little and big problems with a house we were buying. He saved us from getting a house that had major problems (insurance wouldn’t have covered it once discovered). We are very grateful to him and for his expertise.
Tom was great and very good at explaining about everything throughout the inspection! Amazing guides to follow after and he was also very descriptive. Love that Tom was very open to any thoughts and concerns! It was easy to understand and follow through on major areas that needs to be discussed or considered.
