University Health Services is a highly-regarded doctor's office that provides exceptional care to its patients. The providers are kind, take time to listen, and offer a wide range of services, including bloodwork, IUD insertions, and x-rays. Scheduling appointments is easy, with many time slots available online or through the advice nurse's line. The staff, including doctors and nurses, are super nice and make appointments easy and stress-free. While some front desk staff may not be as friendly, the overall atmosphere is welcoming. However, the pharmacy has had some issues with incorrect medication and communication, which needs improvement.
Very poor communication about billing, I got a phone call from debt collection earlier today about lab tests from over a year ago not being paid for, even though they were covered by my insurance previously, but UHS never indicated that it wouldn't be covered or that I had to pay anything.
I think this is a great facility but lately I had to wait for 30 mins past my appointment time and leave the clinic without receiving any medical attention. This happened like 2 times in a row. I wish everyone’s time is respected! But their service is great!
Extremely rude and hypercritical receptionist at the 3rd floor. I greeted her kindly and asked for help, all I received was a "No", and then she started to pick up the phone and treated whoever's on the phone nicely
