S&A Homebuilders in State College,Pa was start to finish AMAZING! Destiny Rhymer is the first point of contact in the sales office and made the process a smooth start. The townhome was scheduled to be completed by the end of 2023. Along the process Ellen McDermott is in constant communication and provides photos of most every stage as if it were her home! Finally, meet Tom Seaman the best project manager that I have ever dealt with! He is readily accessible and happy to turn over a final product that is move-in ready on time at the end of 2023! S&A was wonderful, they assisted in the redesign of one of their floor plans (The Madison), that made it fit our family's needs and budget. They were very attentive, quickly answering phone calls and emails, and we are very happy with the overall quality and finish of our new home.
