Jeff provided a very thorough and fair assessment of our needs and options. He was honest, knowledgeable, and understanding of what we wanted, and we did not feel pressured at any point.
Jeff came out to do an estimate for an exterior door and was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. There was no hard or pressured sales pitch, he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it and really knew his products.I always appriciate it when a service provider/contractor lets me watch and ask questions because I'm a curious person and he welcomed the conversation and spent extra time breaking it all down for me.
Jeff from Pella is very knowledgeable and helpful. He is not pushy and provided me with great suggestions for my new windows. I would highly recommend Jeff and the Pella team!
Update-I now have my new windows and I could not be more pleased! They are even better than what I anticipated. Don and his team are meticulous craftsmen who are incredibly talented. They take great care with each customer making sure that every last detail is perfect. Jeff is so lovely to work with and he insists that every customer is satisfied.
