Mitch was so helpful, efficient and friendly! He also went above and beyond and pointed out a hole in my wall that was allowing birds in from my chimney! I highly recommend PBCI Allen!
Team member was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He completed the job quickly and despite needing to saw through drywall left the work area clean and looking great. Over more than two decades I’ve worked with the team at PBCI for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I have been very impressed with the two service guys they sent out to do the check on the HVAC and the plumbing estimate. Still waiting on the estimate for installing a new toilet and sink. We did get a water softener estimate. I would definitely use this company again.
