I am thrilled that I used Parks Pest Control for the recent removal of a hornets nest in the drop ceiling of my home. They were super quick to schedule me and provided friendly, professional service. Highly recommend!The technicians are very knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and the office is very responsive! One time we had an insect that we'd never seen and the technician asked me to send him a photo of the bug. He identified it immediately and came out the very next day to deal with it. He knew all about it, it's breeding, etc. VERY IMPRESSED!Throughout the year, we almost never see any bugs or critters in our house, and we live in the woods. We do have the occasional mouse when the weather turns cooler, but Parks has set us up with bait boxes so those mouse visits are minimal.(Note: the weird but was an oriental roach, rode in on a package sent... read full review

After submitting web form at 11 pm on a Friday night, they contacted me by email at 6 am the next morning and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The gentleman who came to my house was very friendly and knowledgeable. They get the job done!Service: Bee extermination
