Went there before my vision insurance ran out. I was told they could mail my contacts so I wouldn't have to make the 1.5 hour drive back to them. It's 4 weeks and I have called 3 times and they have no information for me. I expressed I am in desperate need of replacement contacts. I asked if I could personally reach out to their vendor they said NO! They tell me they will call me with information and never do. I am so frustrated and my job requires me to wear contacts since I don't have prescription safety glasses. The lady today was rude and had an undertone of laughter. Wow. Unbelievable.
My dad and I came in on a Monday without an appointment, as his glasses broke on his way out to visit me... One of the nose pads fell off. We were seen right away by a glasses technician, Trey. He was so helpful! He fixed my dad's glasses with new silicone nosepads and even did a fit adjustment. Very nice guy and great service!
This is a great place! Thorough, friendly and kind. Dr Kibe and her associates made the exam very easy. Judy, was a joy to work with and a lot of fun with helping to pick out new frames. Highly recommend!!!
