“I have been looking for a new stylist for a few years since moving from DC, but just couldn’t commit. I found Marina by asking a total stranger who had done their hair, because it was absolutely stunning, both cut and color.

I just had my first appointment with Marina and not only is she an expert, but absolutely magical with my unruly hair. She somehow knew, and did, EXACTLY what I wanted (from my poor description ;) and looking at my face and my vibe. It may sound silly, but it’s a comforting feeling to find ‘your hair person.’ I can’t wait to go back again. 10/10!“

“Ellie is meticulous! I am so picky about my manicures, and she not only takes fabulous care of me, she also has healed my nails after disastrous ($$$) manis in NYC. I haven’t been happy with most pedicures I’ve gotten around town, and have even gotten infections some places. But they are super diligent about cleanliness and sanitizing. I highly recommend the Signature Pedicure!

Joe somehow tames my teenaged son’s crazy, bushy hair, and I absolutely love that he walks out of the salon clearly feeling happy and confident — something Joe is brilliant at pulling out of him!

“I don’t know how to write a good review but Leanne somehow managed to get whatever mystery goop I had stuck in my hair for the last month. Like when I say it was stuck in my hair, I mean it was solid and stuck like glue. I was on the verge of cutting it all off, which I partially did, but Leanne managed to get the rest of it out and also make my hair feel really happy :)“

My 3 year old son is super hesitant to have anything done to him, and has never sat and had his hair cut professionally before. Our stylist was so kind and calm and didn’t do anything over the top or fake to try to draw him in, which was PERFECT for us. And his hair came out looking great. “Just had my hair done yesterday by Celena at Holiday Hair - a balayage color (and slight trim). Was a bit nervous because it was my first time at that salon, so the first time I had someone there do a balayage color (and I'm picky about how its done). I am in my 70s and have longish grey hair, so I don't run into many people my age who have their hair done this way, but I have long been a maverick.

The color Celena helped me pick (a sort of bluish purple) turned out to be just perfect. And the job she did was great, color starting about 3 to 4 inches from the top of my head, a bit irregular (which is one of the "features" of balayage), very intense color (which is what I wanted). She gave me all the warnings before leaving (protect my pillow case for a week, use coolish water when shampooing to protect the color from fading, etc.).

I will definitely be back when its time for it to be done again.“

Hair type: Long, thick and coarse hair. Hard to manage, but she gave me long layers and I love it. I can pull it back or leave it. A great cut!
