“REVISED Review:<br>Updated to add that after posting this review, ACO contacted me and immediately offered to completely replace my stair runner and correct the mistakes. I'm delighted that they've been willing to stand behind their work and take care of their customers. I remain happy with the design of the runner I chose and the durability of the wool material which has withstood kids up and down the stairs -- I've not had any issues with stains in spite of many spills. I'm looking forward to having the new runner installed with attention to detail on the install process that will hopefully prevent the same issues in the future. Will post updated photos once the work has been done.<br>--------- Added June 12, 2024 -------------<br><br>Unhappy with the install They provided of this wool stairway runner which was already “fixed” once immediately after it was done when I complained. The edges weren’t bound where they met at the bottom of each step where the carpet was cut. I complained and they replaced part of it to bind the edge at the very bottom step only. Within less than a year it looked frayed. Photos show first step after 2.5 years and I think I’ll have to replace it. It was an expensive material and looks terrible now where it was cut. Sloppy work on install is the problem though I’m happy with the carpet itself otherwise. I picked this wool material because of its reported durability expecting it to last at least 7-10 years in good shape.“
