    John, the owner, started out great and we really liked him, despite him being pretty inconsistent with when somebody was actually going to show up to do work - we were willing to deal with that. Unfortunately, after building a shower that leaked out the bottom immediately, he either couldn’t or wouldn’t fix it properly. We were exceedingly patient and understanding - probably too much so. He eventually just stopped communicating entirely and we had to pay another contractor to fix his mess.Not to be trusted, obviously.Services: Home renovations

    Terrible. John used to do decent work, but in the past year his responsiveness and workmanship has gone down the drain. He does not return phone calls. He does not finish work. It is totally unprofessional.

    Lester, the owner, was quick to respond to every request and to set up the work on our laundry room/bathroom remodeling project. The price he charged was quite reasonable. He was flexible when the supplies we needed didn't come in at the expected times, with the unplanned challenges of working in a crooked old house, and when we thought of one more thing that needed to be done.

    Jeremy and Jamie Frye, the two men who did our work, were creative, meticulous, and very skilled. We couldn't have asked for any more diligent workers or a higher quality job.
