I put an online service request for a non-emergency faucet issue, and Chris Capparelli called within the day and was able to get a repair appointment scheduled within 3 business days. He arrived on time and fully prepared, was extremely friendly, quick and informative as to why we had the issue and how we could potentially avoid it (or expect it in other faucets) in the future. 100% would recommend!
