I have been a patient at Back to Life for 20 years now, and I can tell you, without reservation, that John is the very best. Over the years, my lower back has been gradually deteriorating, and, yet, John's care and skill have allowed me to cycle in the Bike MS for five consecutive years (150 miles in two days). Dry Needling has been an absolute godsend for me. Even though I'm in my 70s, I can still stay physically active thanks to Back to Life. Everyone there treats me like family and they all are the very best at what they do. Thanks a million for keeping this old man in the game of life!

I highly recommend the team at Back to Life Physical Therapy! John, Beth, Whitney, Kristie, and Susan, were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic in treating my frozen shoulder. Their therapy involved progressive techniques, and I began to feel improvement from day one. Their facility is clean, and comfortable with private rooms for individual therapy. I’m so excited to recommend Back To Life to all of my friends! It is making such a difference in my life. I had given all hope up of ever living a migraine free life until visiting this office. The staff is also great accommodating me to help with my chronic back pain offering new techniques and exercises I’m able to endure.
