Serenity Wellness has been a true blessing. When my youngest was born, she was born with a medical condition and spent 42 days in the NICU at Pittsburgh Children's (which was almost 3 hours away from home). My oldest who was only 3, didn't get to see me much through all of it, because I was running back and forth to Pittsburgh so much. We noticed she started to suffer from anxiety separation and wouldn't even let my husband or I out of her sight. She was also hiding and holding her bowel movements and would constantly wet her underwear. Someone told me about Serenity Wellness and Zone Therapy. I didn't understand it fully but I was desperate to try anything that would help her. We went for her first appointment, which I had to carry my daughter in the door because there was snow on the ground. She also hated snow and refused to even walk in it to the car. We spent every winter inside instead of playing in the snow because she would cry everytime we tried or everytime I would get her snow suit out in front of her. At her first appointment, I left not sure what to think/except. We left the appointment and I still had to carry her to the car. As each day went past, we saw more and more improvements. It was unbelievable, honestly. Within two days, we put on our snow suits and played outside for hours! She never hesitated once. We no longer have a fear with walking or playing in the snow. She is now back to waving with a smile on her face as we seperate for work, etc. She no longer holds her bowel movements and has been accident free! Overall, her mood has gotten so much better. We took her back again the following week to make sure all of her zones were balanced and after just those 2 times, she was all done and her zones were balanced! My husband and I couldn't believe the changes we were noticing, in addition to what other close friends and family were noticing. Zone Thearpy is amazing and Steph does a great job explaining everything. She has truly been the blessing that we were praying for. We can't thank Serenity Wellness enough for helping our daughter and helping our family heal from a emotional and challenging experience. ❤️

When I started having back issues I chose to go to Steph for Massage & Zones based on knowing her background in Healthcare. After working in X-ray, then ultrasound and now as a massage therapist her knowledge of the body and how we move has helped dictate how she massages and treats the problem areas. Going to her has been key to regaining my mobility and the mental health benefits that go along with being able to move and exercise without pain. Definitely an incredible value to have Steph and the services she performs and this area is lucky to have her!
