Excellent customer service! Within minutes of placing an online order, they called to apologise for not having the necessary flowers for the bouquet I selected. They were able to make something similar and offered that as an alternative. They were delivered to a friend who was overwhelmed by the beautiful array of flowers. I cannot thank Lillies of the Valley enough for helping me to make someone's day.

Called from out of town to have flowers delivered to a family member. Such a gorgeous arrangement! Staff was super friendly and went over and above to make sure my loved one was delivered something very special. The arrangement was so vibrant and colorful. Definitely brought a smile to her face and was exactly what she needed. Thank you so much for putting so much thought into the details, it was greatly appreciated!

With very short notice on a holiday weekend, I was lucky to find this shop open and able to not only create a gorgeous flower arrangement, but also coordinate, search out details and take care of a timely delivery. I can’t say enough wonderful things regarding the whole experience. From the very start, the customer service level was above and beyond, and even Included a photo with the finished product and beautifully enclosed note. The care, concern, and extra details given are a rare find and were so helpful. I will be using Lillies in the Valley for all our future needs and would highly recommend to anyone. You will not be disappointed.
