Beyond pleased with Essent Spa’s overall warm atmosphere and highly professional staff. The Spa is clean and tasteful and I felt comfortable knowing I was in very qualified hands during my first appointment. (Something very important to me!) My first time at VYBE urgent care and I was VERY impressed. I had no trouble getting an appointment, andvery little wait when I got there. Bill handled the reception very efficiently. I had a tiny stone embedded in my foot. Katie, the PA, did an amazing job probing, finding and removing this little irritant. She was amazingly patient and persistent. It would have been much faster for her (and more painful for me) to really dig into the area, but she managed to extract the item with a pin and tweezers.
My experiences at Jay Michael Salon have been nothing but wonderful! Sabrina is truly the sweetest person I’ve ever encountered. She is so caring, precise and detail-oriented. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful hair stylist. I truly always look forward to coming here :)
