I brought my 7year old male cat in because he was losing weight, vomiting, and had diarrhea. Dr Mann ended up taking an xray and realized his organs were very close to failing. We ended up having to give him emergency surgery to save his life. The vet and his team worked with us every step of the way because of course I wanted my cat to live but also couldn't afford thousands of dollars worth of medical care for him. The team here at Springfield gave us so many affordable options and worked closely with us to ensure he was getting the best and most essential care needed but also keeeping our budget in mind. My husband and I , after watching our 13 yo dog suffering w/ chronic pancreatitis, decided to help him cross over. The staff was very kind and compassionate. They made the experience as comfortable as they could. My husband sat on the couch and our Brody was laying in his arms when he peacefully passed. They explained everything upfront including cost. Afterwards, we received a beautiful flower arrangement and sympathy card from the office. It really helped as my hubby and I felt a bit alone in our grief. I've been taking my German Shepherd here for about four years now. My dog does not like other dogs and she is extremely anxious and hates going to the vet. The staff here are extremely accommodating, polite, understanding and make me feel very safe when I go here. we have to call when we arrive to make sure there are no other dogs in the lobby and we have never had an issue. The receptionist are amazing and I can't recommend this place enough.
