To start, Casey showed up on time and wrote out a meticulously detailed estimate right on the spot. No waiting days or weeks for an estimate. He asked a long serious of questions that helped us identify exactly what we wanted. He made astute suggestions and provided some fresh ideas, but was never upselling. Amazingly, we were able to choose exactly when we wanted the project to start. The crew showed up the day they promised and worked hard every day until it was done. No 'putting a ladder on the job.'
