He let me know when the part was in and scheduled a time to pick up my computer. The repair was finished quickly and he dropped a perfectly functioning laptop back off at my house. “Dropped my phone on the sidewalk and shattered the screen. After calling a few places, I'm happy that I went with Smart Fone Doctor. They take walk ins/no appointment needed. Service was so quick! My screen was replaced in about 30 minutes (I was fully expecting it to take over an hour). The screen looks great and I have had no issues with the display or touch sensitivity. I hope I never break a screen again, but if I do, I'll definitely come back here for it to be fixed“
