Our entire electrical system was acting strange when it came back after a brief blackout. Our entire house is on electric and we have a solar system as well which complicates the system a bit. Sam came out within hours and diagnosed the problem which was a big one that could have been very dangerous. Due to the time it would take and the need for parts it couldn't be fixed until the next day but Sam set us up with a temp fix so we could have heat and some critical systems. I had multiple quotes on some electrical work and they came in at a reasonable price. It's not the cheapest and it's not the most expensive. I ultimately went with them because they offered the highest warranty out of all the other electrical companies (5 years on parts and labor). They also don't charge a trip fee for their estimate as well (some companies charge 50-100 bucks that may/may not be credited to the work that is performed). They explained everything and answered my questions. Work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up. Great work!
My lights were flickering/surging in my kitchen but not the rest of my house. A electrician came out last year and told me unfortunately it's probably just the LED light bulbs. A year later my lights start flickering again on that same circuit. After a miscommunication with the call center, the owner personally reached out to me and offered to send an electrician out to take a look a second time. The electrician they sent was patient with all my questions and took time to explain what is likely happening and how it relates to the way my house is wired. The owner clearly cares about customer satisfaction which is rare and appreciated.Service: General repairs
