I started one-on-one training in Muay Thai with Malik Kamara at Delco MMA & Fitness 2 months ago at the time of this post and I'm very pleased with my progress.
Malik possesses all the coaching qualities that amateurs and professionals alike need in order to achieve their goals. He is highly professional, yet personable, and brings many years of knowledge and experience, both as a fighter and a coach. When you train with him, you have confidence that you are guided by someone who stays current on MMA best practices and who trains with a progressive mindset, which ensures that you are always up to date on the latest and greatest techniques. Each training session is lean, with minimal downtime and with consistent introduction of new topics, yet there is enough flexibility to request additional time to focus on areas where you would like to practice/improve.
For me, training twice per week has led to rapid weight loss as well as giving me motivation to lead a more active lifestyle outside of MMA. The result has been a significant improvement in physical, and therefore metal, health that appears to be sustainable long term.
There is a reason why Delco MMA & Fitness is rated so highly; I would venture to say that it is the best MMA gym in the area. I'm thrilled to be a part of the community and I'm looking forward to continuing my MMA journey with Malik.

Went here for occupational therapy after having thumb surgery recently and was so impressed by the level of care given by Barb, Danielle and Emilia, they were always able to answer any question or concern I had, gave great guidance on how to heal properly and made the recovery process as comfortable as it could be. The OT room is incredibly clean, there was always someone cleaning things as soon as they were done being used, the ladies at the front desk were also great, very friendly and easy to schedule or reschedule if needed. Great level of care all around and always a positive experience.

Got a haircut, beard trim and eyebrow trim from Heather. I was in and out in 20 minutes or so. We had some good conversation while I was in the chair. Great experience overall.
Also, I really like the online check-in setup. It takes a bit of getting used to it, but it really makes it a lot easier to time everything when you get the hang of it.

Went on a Wednesday afternoon to get a pedicure from Sandra. There were only 3-4 other ladies in there getting their nails done and it was so nice and relaxing. Sandra did a great job and this color is popping!! (If I say so myself self?)

I’ve been going to Nina for over 10+ years she is amazing, as well as her staff of talented nail techs. This is the only salon I can trust with my nails. You tell them what you want and that’s exactly what you’ll get. I can close my eyes and trust that my nails will be perfect every time. Their all friendly and inviting, love this place ?
First time there and I can only say wow,, Leon and Con were so amazing. I got a full set with french tips from Leon and he took his time and made sure they were PERFECT (see picture). Con did my pedicure. He was so gentle and made sure they were perfect in the end. I will DEFINITELY be returning to see them specifically. The overall environment was clean and very welcoming.
For guys that think nail salons are only for women, you don’t know what you are missing. I’m old and fat and whenever I take care of my toe nails, I end up with issues. It is not worth the hassle to do it yourself!! Tina at M&A is an artist!! When you get done a 1 hr spa pedicure with her, when you stand up you feel 3 feet taller! It takes awhile for you to realize what has changed for the better and then you figure out, after the pedicure, your feet don’t hurt anymore. Thanks M&A and Tina!!!!

Hello. I had the pleasure of having Amy cut my hair yesterday. I wanted to say that this is by far the best haircut I’ve ever had! I have long hair and got a blunt cut with just a little bit shorter in the front but still long enough to put in a ponytail or bun. Amy nailed it perfectly! The entire staff was very nice. My bestie and I had a fabulous experience here celebrating her 40th. As the official day spa of the Philadelphia Eagles I knew it would be awesome but it still managed to exceed expectations. We booked time in the Turkish bath as well as massages. If there's one thing you need to know about me, it's that a bitch loves amenities. And Joseph Anthony has them in spades. Before the Turkish bath we were treated to a complimentary foot soak and a mimosa...and even another mimosa when we asked nicely. The spa coordinator Bella did a fabulous job of managing the flow of our day and making sure we were taking full advantage of everything they have to offer. The Turkish bath was a real one of a kind experience that I'd recommend to anyone. We opted for the body scrub thing which we applied ourselves after a brief tutorial. We both felt like some kind of empress from antiquity as we lounged around surrounded by beautiful mosaic tile and gazing at the fake stars. Fabulous experience. For our massages we were lucky enough to have Monica and Gina take care of us. They were both wonderful, professional, and attentive. Our experiences were both everything we had hoped for and we walked out feeling a level of relaxation that was actually slightly disorienting in the best way. But wait, there's more amenities! Afterwards we were taken to the salt room which is a lovely ambient room with comfy lounge chairs, a wall of salt which I guess has benefits beyond "oh that's so pretty," and some delicious chocolate chip cookies. Most unexpected but certainly appreciated! The bathrooms here could be considered an amenity too. The amount of hair and body care products available to use is a testament to the attention to detail Joseph Anthony has cultivated here. I loved everything about this place and I have been dropping not so subtle hints to everyone in my life that a JA gift card makes a fabulous gift! I can't wait to get back.

I have to say that I’m very impressed with how fast and how honest this company is solving my problems. I sent a email asking for an estimate and less than 24 after I got somebody to go a check my driveway and let me know how was it.

I went to Dr. Cross and his team after about 6 years avoiding the dentist. His team was amazing, explaining everything I needed done each step and how to avoid certain issues in the future. Each employee was knowledgable in their specific area and made me feel comfortable. I left with the biggest & whitest smile I have had in a while.

The teeth cleaning process was quick and efficient. X-rays weren’t expensive and overall I will tell everyone to go here when they need work on their teeth.
