We recently switched to river valley vet and have had a great experience so far. The staff have all been extremely friendly and attentive, even calling to follow up after appointments. We would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a great vet!
A quick back story....I was taking my dogs to Banfield pet hospital until my 2 year old pup started having seizures. The last major seizure my dog had I called Banfield and they told me the only thing they could do was euthanize him. Needless to say, I found River Valley and none of my animals will ever be going back to Banfield! They are so kind and understanding! It's a wonderful environment with outstanding people! I was almost out of the anti seizure meds and they made sure I had some just in the nick of time! They also carry my pups meds at a comparable price to chewy so I never have to worry about running out again! They are absolutely outstanding! From the front...read full review
Great facility ! The people were wonderful and detailed with our kittens. Gave them amazing care and would highly recommend using River Valley to anyone that needs a vet around the area.
