Harth Builders renovated our kitchen which entailed expansion by removing a wall. They were extremely well organized, with consistent weekly written reports (including photographs) and weekly face to face meetings with the project manager at our option. They finished as scheduled (we made a few changes that required extensions) and the kitchen was usable exactly when they estimated. The crafts people were very respectful of the property, befriended our dog, and kept the place secure at all times, even when we were travelling. Our experience with Harth was fantastic. They guided us through the entire design phase with creative ideas and made the decision process easy, considering how overwhelming design-decisions can be. During the construction phase, they set expectations on timing, level of dust/dirt to expect and most importantly had great communication as things came up where we needed to collectively tweak the plan due to unforeseen changes to the plans --which were totally expected to happen along the way when you tear down walls and reconfigure floor plans. We recently completed a 1st floor renovation with Harth and are extremely pleased! Friendly people, timely communication, projected completed on schedule and on budget (all at once in 8 straight weeks). Respectful of our home and family. We loved the design phase as well!
