York Mechanical Services came to our rescue with their outstanding service. Despite it being the weekend, a technician arrived within a few hours of our call, quickly diagnosing that our system had lost all its coolant due to a ruptured line. Given the severity of the issue, we were worried that the repairs would take weeks, especially since we needed a complete system replacement.<br><br>However, we were pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency of York Mechanical. John, the owner, provided us with a fair and transparent quote first thing Monday morning. Despite initially expecting a week or two for the parts to arrive, the team returned on Wednesday and worked diligently over the next few days, completing the installation by Friday.<br><br>Given the complexity of the job and the size of our three-story colonial home, the turnaround time was remarkably quick. I have never had a break down due to maintenance issues. They advise you a day before to remind you of your service time. You also get a call when your technician is en route to you. The technician advises you of any issues that need to be addressed and usually has the part available in his truck. They are always courteous and take note of any issues or concerns you might have. “Shortly after we moved into our new home in the middle of a cold snap, I inadvertently shorted out a fuse in our furnace. I don't recall why I was even messing with it, but we grabbed the first listing that came up and called them. It was Saturday night around 11. The technician called us from the road and suggested that it might be that blown fuse, but I don't really know anything about HVAC machinery and told him to come on out. It probably took him longer to walk from his truck to our front door than it did to diagnose and fix the problem - blown fuse!! “Contacted F.W Behler LLC today (06/20) for a minor issue I came across while replacing my floors. My stove did not have a shut off valve behind the stove. The original shut off ended up being unreachable when we remodeled the basement. It ended up being a simple fix! They were able to come same day get the issue corrected and were reasonably priced. The plumber that responded was great, very friendly and respectful. I look forward to doing more work with them in the future. Thank you for the quick response!!“

“These guys came out at 8:00 pm to unclog my toilet. One of the plastic baskets that holds toilet cleaner came off and was flushed down the toilet. Guys came and within two minutes had it cleared and working properly. Very happy to have this level of service readily available. Use these guys for all your plumbing needs!!“

“Technician Dave came within the assigned time (0800-1000). Friendly guy, thought he fixed my issue, however 5 minutes after he left the leak started back again. I called and he turned his truck around and came right back! Didn't charge me for the return visit and apologized. Seems like the issues has been taken care of, I'll update this review if necessary!Price was $165, they mentioned they charge $160 for the first hour plus parts plus $35 for every half hour after the first.“
