“The nail tech did well with what I brought him. Lol. I have always cut my toenails short. I am well aware that I gave him a very small canvas. Because of how short they are, I just got a French tip with a little heart on the big toe with gel. The end result was not the best I've had but also far from the worst. This is the first salon I've been to where the nail tech did not scold me for how short I keep my nails. I could see it on his face but he didn't say it out loud. He also had broken English so maybe that's why, lol. But he was very nice. If you're worried about not being able to communicate what you want, don't worry about it. They have a nice system where they hand you the menu and you point to what you want to avoid confusion. It also always helps to bring a picture of what you want. I'm not chatty. So the nail tech not having a full length conversation with me did not bother me at all. The massage chair was very nice. I am on my feet with surgeries and patients all day at work. So the calf and foot massage were very nice. Their facility looked modern and clean. I work with sterilizers at work and I recognized some of their equipment. It was pretty quiet, no music, just a big TV with the news playing. Could have used some music. I'm sure they avoid talking to each other in their native language to avoid someone getting offended. I personally don't care. I would have actually liked it just to break up the silence.“

“Trying out the new nail salon for the first time after going to many other places they have helped me tonight and im so grateful for this. They stayed 30 extra minutes to help me. Very sweet people and very nice and caring and very very good with me. Christina was the one who did my nails and she was very creative and starting convos with me and being very sweet to me I give this nail salon 10/10 I recommend going there and I will always be back there❤️“

“I got my girlfriend a gift card for Valentine's from here. I walked in and the place was completely packed which is a good sign. With women sitting and waiting for their turn.<br><br>The lady who took care of me was busy but literally stopped what she was doing to take care of me.<br><br>She didn't have to, they were all very busy they could have made me wait but they didn't.<br><br>I look forward to seeing my girlfriend's nails I will revisit the reviews and add to it afterwards.“

“After going to Kitty Nails a few times, I can honestly say they are top quality.<br><br>I got a spa pedicure (only $5 more than basic pedicure) and got literally the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. The woman took her time and really took care of my toenails and skin before painting.<br><br>I’ve gotten acrylic fills with gel a few times now and I will say that they are a little pricier than some of the salons around for all the add ons I get (reshaping and complicated designs), but an extra $5 means excellent quality. They care about the quality of the service and the result.<br><br>I did have one bad set of nails, but it was because I wasn’t clear on what I wanted and didn’t speak up. That’s not their fault.<br><br>Spa pedicure was 40 + 15 for gel polish.<br>Fill was 45 base<br><br>I absolutely recommend Kitty Nails!“
