The scheduling and the appointment itself went pretty well. The staff and the doctor were nice... until it was time to pay. While making an appointment I explained what the issue was. They told me it's going to be $75 and yet at the end of the appointment somehow I owned $ 525. Never once, during the appointment, the doctor brought it up or ask for consent to do this or that that will cost so much money. The worst thing he made it seem that it was my fault that I should've known that it's going to be this much money, He said "this is common knowledge"

I have been getting my German shepherd treated for some issues and I am extremely happy with the care she is receiving. The dr explains everything in detail as to what he’s doing. The techs there are also amazing.

This practice has been sold. New owner Vet is awful. Cares more about making money then the pet that needs the Doctors service. Dr Meinhofer the original owner was fantastic with the for babies and their parents and had a good reputation with the neighborhood and his pet parents. The new Vet shows no compassion for the furbabies and their parents. Thankfully Dr Meinhofer will still be there on Mondays and Tuesdays but once he is no longer practicing I along with others including much of his staff will going elsewhere
