Southampton Spa is my outlet, my go-to spot for some serious self-care. I'm a regular, visiting the Russian Banya about once a week, and let me tell you, it's like hitting the reset button on my entire being. I leave feeling like a brand-new person, completely revitalized.Now, if you're in the market for a swanky place with high-end robes and all the pampering you can dream of, look elsewhere. Nice place. Clean, good locker room, great facilities. Has a large indoor pool, two hot tubs, steam room, Russian dry and wet baths, salt sauna room, hammam, arctic room, and an ice cold pool. Restaurant has great food at reasonable price. Would recommend if you like banya.

Great experience very relaxing and the food was sooo good!! It’s definitely a place to try if you need some relaxation in your life. Only giving it 4 stars because it is a little confusing at first and it’s hard to schedule scrubs/massages.
