Thank you Lotus Craftworks. I had a great experience working with you. I had a walnut tree uproot in my yard, and wanted to save some pieces of the tree to make into something, possibly a table or counter. Had the logs cut into 2.5" slabs, wood looks great. Will be brining them back to have dried in the kiln when ready. Very easy to work with! Thanks Mike

Our patio gate had begun to rot and sag because the screws in the hinges would no longer grab the wood into which they were screwed. We approached Mike about building a replacement gate. We kicked around changing the design of the gate to something more contemporary. Mike was very accommodating and provided several estimates for the new designs. In the end, we decided to simply recreate the existing gate. Mike acquired some beautiful cedar boards and built and installed the new gate. He put on a clear coat for protection and to allow the wood grain to show through. We were very pleased with the outcome. He even indulged a request my partner had for some kind of flexible gasket on the bottom of the gate to prevent "critters" from scooting under it. We would hire him again and would recommend him to others.

Mike removed a tub and installed a beautiful shower in my bathroom recently. His work and his customer service were both top notch! His estimate of costs and explanation of how they might change was honest and on target. He took his time and did the job right - and kept the mess to a minimum throughout the job.

I am very pleased with the work that was done and would not hesitate to recommend Mike or use him again.
