We have a very large wooded area behind our home. Over the years a great number of fallen and dead trees have filled the area. I did not want to disturb the area and left it as a natural habitat for a collection of animals. However, a recent inspection of our home showed termite infestation. The inspector showed us most of the dead trees and old stumps were riddeled with termites, and they followed the root structure to the house. Colonial tree service responded to our call and gave us an extremely fair price to have all of the dead trees and brush removed from our property. I figured the job would take at least 3 days. They finished in 6 hours; they were extremely efficient and left the area immacculately clean...every last twig and branch cleaned up. I recommend this company in the strongest way. They are really the best (and we have needed tree service 4 previous times). I will always call them in the future!
Like everyone, I called several companies. Some responded and gave quotes, crazy numbers. Some companies didn't even return a call. Colonial Tree Service I would drive by on Street road, and called expecting the same. The owner called and set up an appointment. He showed up, and gave a quote on the spot. The price was in the lower numbers my excavator said to expect. The job was big, removing 18 - 20 full size trees, and some brush for my upcoming home build in Langhorne. I was expecting 2 to 3 days of work. NOPE, LESS than 1 day with some impressive new equipment, an experienced foreman, and crew. Frankly, I was shocked how fast. He didn't ask me to write this. This company stepped up to help a 50 acre community devastated by the tornado 9/1/21. Thank you Matt Rossi for even bringing out the big stuff: crane and all. Your Crew was amazing and a huge help to a desperate community of 150 homes of which 2/3 were destroyed
