“Dr. Ecker is a very skilled dentist and is quite caring & compassionate. That being said, his staff is equally caring & compassionate. I had a dental emergency at a most inopportune time, and I was blessed that Kelly managed my call(s). She was kind, empathetic, concerned and competent. She “met me” where I was in my pain, and she provided me with steps to a solution. I was thankful then, and pleasantly surprised when she checked in on me a week later!
