They came out for a free estimate and gave me detailed tips. Jeremy, the technician who fixed our hot water tank was awesome. He was very detailed and communicative. Our hot water tank was from 1988 and a lot of updates had to be made. He was super knowledgeable and also cleaned everything up before he left. “We called for a gas line removal and capping. I called at 1:22 and left a voicemail. He called me back at 1:31 asking when we needed service. He was at our house at 1:42. Less than 15 minutes later! I couldn't even believe it. He quickly looked at the pipe, let us know what needed to be done and completed the entire project within 20 minutes. He was super friendly and professional, he let us know if we have any problems or need anything else (we're doing a full kitchen renovation) to let him know. When my furnace went out in February of 2018 we called and they showed up within 2 hours of the call with space heaters in hand, Had my furnace in within a day. They show up when they say they will and do what they say they will. Even saved me money when they fixed an electrical problem I wasn't even aware of at no extra charge.
