Dr. Baroody is fantastic. Knowledgeable, listens and cares. That said, the bureaucracy and total lack of competence and communication between the answering service, clerical staff and the doctors is absolutely going to result in tragedy. I tried to have a testing procedure scheduled for months to no avail and am still waiting to find out if I'm ill. The only way to receive a modicum of service is to threaten legal action. Messages go totally unanswered or are given several contradictory answers by several different non-medical staff. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to call the office directly, rather phone tag with the inept answering service is the mandatory procedure. All...read full review
