Matt was extremely professional. He did an awesome job with video footage showcasing the property. He was prompt and courteous, and excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend him if you are buying or selling real estate.

We could not be happier with our experience thanks to Matt! We were looking for homes during the pandemic period where we could not see houses in person. Matt was so professional and caring with his honesty during that period and encouraged us to be patient with our decision because it’s a big one! When we were able to see houses, it was a pleasure working with him because he was so knowledgeable about home ownership, the pros and cons of each home, and the area we were looking at. As first time home buyers, this was so helpful because we obviously didn’t know as much and needed some guidance and help in that department. He knew what we really wanted and kept reminding us of that if we were to get off track. When we found the home we were most interested in, he was incredible with giving us similarly priced homes in the area to compare the price to. He was so patient and responsive during the waiting period of putting in and offer and hearing back from the sellers while constantly encouraging us through the process. When there were any issues, he was so responsive and always handled it professionally. We absolutely love our new home and are so thankful that we had Matt to work with and make a stressful time period so much easier. I can’t forget to mention that we had a huge storm the first week in the house with a lot of flooding in the area and he checked in to check in on our new home. Thank you Matt!!
