I was really skeptical about getting work done on a 5 year old $300 laptop. I pushed it off for months and was so frustrated with the laptop. I wish I would have jumped on it sooner. Network Concepts did an amazing job. I had 100s of malware files running even with mccaffee running and didn't even know it. I dropped it off and they did a great job fixing it up and saved me having to replace the whole thing at a third the cost. Super friendly and very professional. Do worth the work they did.
