I've been having my taxes done by them for almost 20 years, they are quick, efficient and have always answered any questions I've had thoroughly. It is a very simple process, I make an appointment every year, bring in my documents, they do their thing and I'm out of there in about 30 to 60 minutes (I have a child in college, so many more questions in recent years) with state and federal electronically filed and local ready to be mailed in. This year with covid, they have quickly implemented other options of getting your documents to them. I saw someone criticized their religious nature, however in the 20 years I've been going there, they have been nothing but extremely professional and honest in their work. I am not religious but also not offended easily as I do believe each to their own, they do my taxes, they do an outstanding job, that is why I go there.
