I am typing this review as a warning to other potential customers of this business. Our family was recently referred to Bottom Line Tax Service by our previous Tax Preparer who was retiring. We made our appointment and everything seemed to be fine. We arrived for our scheduled appointment, discussed our tax information and I asked the preparer what her rates were. Her reply to us was "Well, that all depends on how long your taxes take to prepare". I stated that we needed to have some kind of idea so we know what to expect.
