“I had called other businesses in the area to get my plumbing issues corrected . I however did not receive a courtesy return phone call from these businesses for a potential customer. I called the rooter-man location in Grove City this morning and immediatly received a return phone call explained my issues was told they would send someone out this afternoon to give me a free estimate. The gentleman that arrived at my homes name was Don he explained exactly what needed to be done to take care of my issues and gave me an estimate which I was very happy with . I would say that within an hour of Don arriving at my home my issue was rectified Don is a very professional employee of yours was a big help for me and my issue .I would jydt like to say that it is really a shame that the other businesses that I called are not as professional as rooter-man is I know if I have any other issues in the future I know who I will call definitely rooter-man .
