She thoroughly researched the process and did an INCREDIBLE job! She was so friendly, professional, gentle & precise with a scalpel and well-prepared for the task (she even had numbing cream - I was prepared to tough it out, not even thinking that this was an option!). Lily explained what she was doing throughout each step and was very conscious of my comfortability. I highly recommend Lily, she certainly goes above and beyond for her clients!!“
